Thank you for booking your dental appointment online on our website. At Geelong Family Dental, we are a locally owned and community based dental practice which aim to provide excellent dental care to all. Due to the high demand for appointments with our Grovedale dentists, a missed appointment or short notice cancellation by you means we may have potentially turned away other patients in need of urgent dental care for you. Therefore, please advise us as soon as possible if you need to rearrange an appointment so that we can offer your appointment to someone who may need an appointment.

The following cancellation policy applies for all dental appointments made:

• our front desk will send you a reminder call/text about 48 hours prior to your appointment. Please read the text to confirm date and time of appointment and respond either by replying "Y" to the appointment or by calling us.
• Rescheduling or cancelling appointments MORE THAN 24 hours notice is fine and we will accomodate you.
• Rescheduling or cancelling appointments LESS THAN 24 hours notice should have a valid reason as we understand things can happen. Failure of which will attract a CANCELLATION FEE.
• If a second appointment is to be made after failure to attend or late cancellation, we will require a holding fee of A$50 of which it will be taken off your cost of treatment.
