Terms and Conditions

1. to qualify for the credit, the new patient referred must not have ever previously attended the practice.
2. The credit cannot be part of a government subsidised program like Victorian Dental Scheme, Child Dental Benefits Scheme or Department of Veterans Affairs.
3. The referral card needs to be handed in to the reception at time of redemption.
4. The credit cannot be redeemed for cash, is valid for redemption on any dental service at the practice, for the use of the recipient only, and valid for 6 months from the date the new patient comes to the practice.
5. At any time, we reserve the right to make changes to the terms and conditions, and terminate, modify or suspend the programme.
